Playing an active role in community and professional organizations, Ayvette have served as President of the Union County Association of Realtors, as well as other offices on the Board of Directors. Ayvette's designations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) while Pat and Ayvette both are graduates from the Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI). They are members of the North Carolina Association and as well as the National Association of Realtors.
Just 5% of all Realtors in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) which is an earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training, and by meeting significant experience requirements. These strict requirements are your assurance that Ayvette is able to apply her education giving you the knowledgeable, skilled service you expect.
The GRI is a nationally recognized professional designation. The GRI curriculum and standards are governed by the National Association of REALTORS, the nation's largest Trade Assocation with a membership of over One Million. On a national level only 19% of the REALTORS hold the prestigious designation GRI "Graduate, REALTOR Institute". Pat and Ayvette are two of a select group of North Carolina Real Estate Professionals who currently hold this designation.
